Thanks for your suggestions. I actually didn't know the Jazz Messengers played with Horace Silver, whose music I really love. I'll definitely check it out.
However, I was looking more for a compilation of hard bop tracks from different artists. Like "Bebop Spoken Here" which was my introduction to Bebop when I was a young lad of 22 or so.
CDs like compilation LPs are a bit difficult in this situation because many of the Fallout songs were recorded as singles before the invention of the vinyl record album in 1948.
The Atomic Cafe soundtrack has a decent compilation of Fallout songs; it’s easy to find as a record though the CD version remains to be seen. Highly recommend the DVD of the documentary.
This 2004 CD, It’s De Lovely The Authentic Cole Porter Collection, is the original album that “Anything Goes” comes from. The original 1934 recording just has piano and Porter’s voice, but the CD overdubs it with extra instruments by Vince Giordano. Its overdubbed version of “You’re the Top” is also used in Bioshock.

New Vegas uses some newer songs from 90s CDs which can be hard to find. “Where Have You Been All My Life” and “I’m Movin’ Out” were originally released on these 1998 and 2003 CDs. These fall under the category of library music or stock music and similar stuff is also found on the CDs.

Otherwise with the aforementioned problem of singles vs. albums you may have to choose between general 40s compilation albums or individual artist compilation CDs.

Lastly, there was one official soundtrack CD for preorders for Fallout 3 with 3 radio songs that can be found floating around.

If this were about the original records, that’s a whole other can of worms.
