What makes me feel better when I've had a cruddy day is getting excessively creamy mac and cheese from somewhere, going home, taking off my pants, and getting under a fuzzy blanket with my SO. Bubble baths with a cup of coffee also help, but those take more effort.

When I feel crappy but have some energy, baking makes me feel a lot better. Especially because then I can eat a bunch of whatever I just made.

Something like this! (this shade is a berry-red-pink shade though). They have many of their colors listed, and Amazon is apparently a verified seller for this brand (like with lime crime). There's also trial kits on Amazon as well, with a lot less product, but you can try it out. Make sure you follow the directions!!! Also, buy a shade or so lighter than you think you need when looking at the swatch dot things in their photos. Ruby based on that, I thought would be about a mlbb shade for me but noooope its a bright berry red type of thing. I've got pink on the way to my home though, but won't be able to grab it and see how it goes until next week!

I really really want this lip stain because it is beautiful, and will help me to be beautiful.

I don't do a lot with lipstick, but I absolutely love Sephora's Cream Satin Liquid Lipstick and Revlon's Color Stay Lip Stain. Once set, they both last a fairly long time with minimal touch ups throughout the day. The Sephora liquid lipstick can be a tad drying, but the Revlon lip stain isn't.

Are you using lip liner with your regular lipstick? A matching color might help extend the longevity of your lip color. I've also seen a make up "hack" that involves putting a tissue over your lips after applying lipstick and then dusting a translucent powder on the tissue. I've never tried it, but maybe you can see if it works!

Add-on I want it because' it's beautiful. A simple, light color than would work well on my pale skin without looking like I'm wearing too much.

I have it & it's really nice. Wait for it to dry before you lick your lips. It fades over time, but evenly.

Vincent Longo still makes the same formula I used to wear in the 2000s. I'm pretty sure I had Apollonia, a sheer purple. I bought it at Sephora back in the day.

I really like the YSL Glossy Stains, I still wear those. They have a great color range and way more opacity.

I've got some lovely fall-colored lipstain on mah wishlist.

I've been wanting to buy it for a couple weeks now, as my normal lipstick wears off like, right after I drink my coffee at work :/

I am probably going to wear the Revlon stain that's in this pic (the color is Victorian!) for my wedding!! I also ordered the Revlon stain in Passion, so I might wear that one instead--but I think the Victorian is a bit more muted in color and will probably work better with my makeup! YAY excited!

I just picked up a few Wet n Wild balm stains and the color is great! It's subtle with just one layer but definitely gives a nice buildable stain which lasts a few hours. I bought A Stiff Pink and Lady and the Vamp.

Buy a pair of slightly dressy, incredibly comfortable sandals for walking around and moderately-nice occasions like going out to eat. I like Clark's and Born wedges. Then you'll need a pair of heels for the wedding/dinners/opera, but if you're not hiking, those two should do it.

If you can bring a silk slip dress and fancy skirt and (say) lace blouse, you could put the skirt over the dress for the banquets, and wear the skirt-and-blouse for the wedding, and the slip dress alone for the opera. Or two different silk dresses. I highly recommend getting a good wool pashmina, in case it's chilly.

For toiletries, you can get travel/sample sizes of many things (lipstick, multitasker), and if you're not picky about your soap, buy it on your way to the hotel in each city.

You'll probably just have to try a few different formulas to see what works for you. Kat Von D liquid lipsticks are super long lasting on many people, but on my lips it has absolutely no staying power. Tints generally tend to work better - I'd recommend Tony Moly's Delight Tony Tint (looks like this), which works really well on me if I let it set for 15/30 minutes. It has a light fruity scent/taste, no chemical taste, and it doesn't feel like I'm wearing something on my lips; plus it can be found for ~$2 on RRS. The only other Asian tint I've tried is Etude House cherry tint and it tasted bad and didn't stay on my lips evenly.
