apparently they are called Slimeline also, but they are 7mm thick, not 5mm the usual Slimeline cases are.

Edit: Amazon link this are the ones i was looking for, thanks for the help! its hard to look for something specific at midnight and some alcohol in your blood.

Not really. Thats why discs are are supported by their center and not touching anything in cases. No matter what you choose they will move around rubbing the material. All it takes is a bit of dust to get inside the sleeve. If you ABSOLUTELY have to remove the cases, then buy a bunch of ultra slim cases to replace. J Card 7mm cases are what publishers use for Press Review copies(except Microsoft games). Or you could be a bit more space conscious and get 5mm double cd cases
