Switch Charger Ratings:
See my review of this power bank with the Switch.
The "newer version" Amazon lists is not a superior power bank. OP's is the RAVPower XTREME 26800 PD. The newer one is the RAVPower Ace 26800. The Ace is regular USB-C, so lower output. It'll charge the Switch while you play, but much more slowly. It also doesn't include a USB-C cable.
I bought this one and it works perfectly for charging the Go and also my Dell XPS 13 2in1.
Rav Power USB C/Type C PD Power Delivery... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B06XTMK9H2?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf
This power bank is £36.99 with the current promo. Seems to be compatible with the Switch and offers a lot more functionality. It's a bit chunky if you're looking for a smaller option but it seems like much better value.
I just picked one up because I've been looking for a power bank for a while, so I'll see how it works out.
Cost is not an issue although I don’t want to waste money.
I was thinking more about getting that Rav but if you think the other lower mAh but with higher wattage will be better I might take it.
My question regarding the Aukey was more about the wall plug. Should I stick to the Rav Plug or spend a bit more and go for this Aukey
I use the RavPower 26800 PD
What is the best powerbank on the market for long haul flights? Have too many switch games I want to play and I'm tired of stressing out whether or not there will be power available and then sometimes getting disappointed.
Think I just read that for flights I'm limited to about 26k mah, but otherwise just want as fast charging and as much play time as possible. Also how long would that give total on the most resource intensive games? (Dragon Quest, Witcher 3 etc.)
Edit: See the Anker powerCore 26800 mentione somewhere so that might be an ok option. Is this the correct one then? https://www.amazon.co.uk/Anker-PowerCore-Portable-Double-Speed-Recharging/dp/B01JIWQPMW/ref=sr_1_3?crid=2EKPTIHARFDGP&keywords=anker%2Bpowercore%2B26800&qid=1569698800&sprefix=anker%2Bpowercore%2B2%2Caps%2C215&sr=8-3&th=1
I saw some posts seeing they had made an official switch power bank, but don't see switch mentioned on this power bank B( Would be good to get some peace of mind before I order it. In the thread about cabels a lot of people seem unsure about using the Anker PowerCore or what cable to use.
EditEdit:
Actually seems like the item I want is this, the PowerCore+
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Anker-Powercore-Powerbank-Delivery-Recharging/dp/B06XQ19LWL/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=powercore%2B&qid=1569699466&sr=8-1
And then I guess I will possibly need a USB C cable as well since it seems its not included.
This also seems like an option which is recommended

I don't really mind the price difference that much just want whatever is more reliable, charges more and is smaller/sleeker/lighter.
So a USB-C power bank would charge the switch the fastest?
I had a look at the RAVpower but it's over £50, not worth it for me.
There aren't any PD Aukey power banks, but this seems ok, not very many reviews though, seems a lot less popular than the anker.
Same deal for the Lumsing.
So I'm still not sure, if I was willing to spend £50 maybe I might get the RAVpower, but considering it's only going to be use for a few journeys this year, I'm still leaning towards the safe choice, the Anker PowerCore 20100.
Maybe you could try asking on r/laptops?
I looked for some other ones you could find on the uk website.
How about this alternative? https://www.amazon.co.uk/Jackery-PowerBar-Portable-Generator-23200mAh/dp/B07CKSPVM8/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=laptop+battery+charger&qid=1556746619&s=gateway&sr=8-5
Or this alternative?

You just need to look for ones without USB-C output. theyre way cheaper.
12 watts is plenty for on the go play. It can even power through game usage if you tone down the screen brightness enough.
Though if you really wanted it, USB-C is only £10 more.

Does this work for the Switch?
