Not the exact same one, but I think it should be a mold/tray out of silicone.

Games like Candyland would be good for the older two, and the younger one can help out, or maybe even join in. Something fun they can do that's a bit messy is to buy a cheap canvas or two from a dollar store, get some kid's paint and a couple of tennis balls or big sponges. You might need a tarp or two to line the area first, then dip the ball/sponge in the paint and have them throw it at the canvas. They can make some art for you or their parents as gifts!

Cakepops are something I've been meaning to try!
