I've got the Cardio II, which ceased production in '95, and I remember having a similarly confusing hunt for the replacement diaphragm when it vanished during my shift.
I was lucky to have an excellent university hospital bookstore at my disposal, and they hooked it up.
That's an irrelevant aside though because Amazon reviews has you covered. The answer seems to be yes.

I was very careful when placing it on my stethoscope. It fit perfectly! So glad I decided to just go with it.
At under $20 for the kit, that's kind of a steal. Those fucking earpieces on their own are like $12 a set.
