I am making my own wedding cake. It will be untraditional but still be cake. So it will be four tiers and each tier will be a different flavor. that I will decorate to make our décor. The flavors will be: vanilla bean cake with vanilla buttercream, dark chocolate cake with milk chocolate buttercream, lemon cake with blueberry lavender frosting, and pumpkin spice cake with pumpkin caramel cream cheese frosting. I will be decorating it with sugar pearls, rolled buttercream for a lace applicae, and buttercream flowers in purples and light blues to match my theme and colors. I am going to do a small trial of these cakes and frosting, scaled down so I can taste it.
