It's an essential oils carrying case. holds 64 5-15ml bottles.
That would be perfect for holding wizlabs flavor bottles as well as 5-15ml juice bottles. A little modification would probably allow you to sacrifice a few smaller bottle slots to make room for a few larger 30+ bottles.
