This is the closest I could find, at $549: https://www.amazon.com/Acer-i5-8250U-GeForce-E5-576G-5762-Renewed/dp/B07BYMGC5W/ref=sr_1_15?keywords=mx150&qid=1574569498&sr=8-15

This laptop has core i5 and gpu for video editing and a monster battery. Think it is good
Hi, since you can consider refurbished devices, the Acer Aspire E 15 refurbished is an excellent choice since you get a dedicated graphics card. i5 processor, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, and an MX150 2 GB graphics card.
Closest thing I can recommend is this: (note this link is to a refurbished model to keep it under $500)

The Intel Pentium would have a really hard time playing any games. It also only has 64gb of storage and 4gb of ram. To be honest I would stay away from that laptop.

I would recommend this laptop. This laptop would give you better performance and is cheaper than the AMD laptop that you linked. It also has a ssd so boot times will be fast and it also has a dedicated graphics card so it will be able to easily handle light gaming. It should give you a pretty good overall experience and is a much better value than the laptops you brought up.
This is probably going to be the best you'll get with an 8th gen i5, MX150, pretty decent screen, 8GB RAM and an SSD of a reasonable size.

Ok:
I've been searching around on US amazon, assuming its 500 USD.
I would say for streaming you need at least 8 gigs of ram and a pretty good processor, so like intel core i5..
Here's what I found:
Acer Aspire E 15
The reason being its pretty up to date, and it has an SSD. Also a dedicated graphics card. It's a bit over budget but I have one similar, and it works for game streaming so Audio streaming should not be a problem.
There is also a refurbished option for the same laptop:
Refurb E 15
which is just $10 over budget.
And lastly, I found the
ASUS VivoBook
It's the same price as the refurb E15 but it's brand new. Also it has USB C which neither of the previous options have.
Hope this helps.
I think I found a better one with dedicated graphics, GeForce MX 150 (somewhat powerful GPU! About the same performance as a GT 1030, has 2gb GDDR5 vram), so the 8GB ram fully available.
It's refurbished though. $469

About on par with the ryzen 3500u: https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i5-8250U-vs-AMD-Ryzen-5-3500U/m338266vsm760067
This is the laptop, powerful intel i5 + modern MX 150 graphics, you should get for unity dev and programming.
