I would assume so. I would be a bit more concerned with the quality of the pen though. It looks a lot like the 750-AADT I had for my Venue 8 which suffered from ghost strokes and would just plain not work from time to time; the 750-AAGN was a massive improvement.
Have you thought about checking out the Acer pen (https://www.amazon.com/Acer-America-NPSTY1A005-Active-NP-STY1A-005/dp/B016MGY4X4)? There's also an HP Synaptics stylus, but I've heard that it requires a bit too much pressure to register.
