I got some phosphate absorbing filter media like this from my LFS: https://www.amazon.com/Acurel-LLC-Phosphate-Reducing-10-Inch/dp/B004MNKP1U. That seemed to help and I also reduced the time the lights were on a little. I think more regular water changes helped too. I change almost 50% every two weeks. I haven't had any blue-green algae in a while.
