I also suffer from frequent sinus infections. I've found Nasal Rinse or Neti Pot works wonders. I do one every 2-3 times a day this time of year. Also started taking one of these daily and it helped. Was so desperate a few years ago and I was looking for anything. Apparently it's a natural anti inflammatory and helps. Placebo or not I recommend it to anyone as an supplement for allergy medicine because it seems to help.
