It's not unusual to lose some fur in the areas if there was irritation. It should grow back. (At least it did in my English Bulldog.)

Also - an important part to cleaning a Bully's folds is drying. So baby wipes are good, but you're also going to want to carefully blot/dry the area with some cotton squares (at least during humid months). Any type of moisture allows in the bad stuff that causes infections and irritation.

Tear stains sometimes just come with the territory. You can alter it with diet - most people swear by treatments like Angel Eyes - but sometimes switching out food can help as well. My girl had food allergies, and we were always on high quality, small-batch grain-free diet with her, and I think that made a difference.

Also, if they had some irritation, it can cause stains and then it takes a while for new, non-stained fur to grow back in. Otherwise, the best thing to do is keep the folds dry.

I also liked Vetricyn for my girl. I'd soak a cotton square, apply it to her wrinkles, let it sit for 30-60 minutes and then clean and dry it out.
