Apple USB C to Lightning cable plus a USB C power delivery charger like this one. Fast as safely possible.
Edit: and yes we agree that Apple should be providing something like this out of the box. Not a shitty white brick that trickles.
This brick https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07H3NYY8X/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_.fB8BbD53J6H2 and this cable https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CMN7DCX/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_mhB8BbPP1Q2WV
is the cheapest set up for USB-C PD Fast Charging (approx. $40).A friendly reminder that USB-C PD caps out at 18w, so anything over wont effectively charge faster.
Yes, lightning to USB-C are available:

To charge both you'll need a regular Lightning cable and a USB-C to Lightning cable. Both the iPhone and AirPods came with regular Lightning cables, so you could use either of those.
Apple sells a USB-C to Lightning cable. So does Anker.
You'll want to use the USB-C to Lightning cable with the iPhone. It'll benefit from fast charging using that setup. The AirPods can charge either way, but won't fast charge.
If you have other devices you want to use the USB-C charging port with check out my site's cable page. At the top is a quiz to help you identify the type of USB-C cable is best for your needs.
