For ten bucks, it's tough to beat this. Great pressure (after removing the restrictor), and the massage mode is fantastic on a sore back.
This one is the same thing, but with a matching hand-held head. Haven't enjoyed a shower so much in years.
We just moved into a new place, and bought this shower head on Amazon for about $10 (plumber's tape included). It was easy to put on, and it's been great!
