I have the same PC, that is definitely the stock card and like 312c says it's an HP-made GTX 1060 3GB. The stock cooler is unfortunately pretty poor and causes a lot of thermal throttling, but I installed an Accelero Mono cooler on mine (https://www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-Accelero-Mono-Graphics-Cooler/dp/B006DAD8HS) and it overclocks VERY well with Afterburner. With the Mono cooler it never drops below 2GHz and runs all of my VR titles remarkably well. It did take a tiny bit of modding to the plastic fan shroud of the Mono to make it fit, but it wasn't too terribly difficult.

That's how mine was. I bought one of these and now it barely hits 50c and is pretty silent. Too bad it's kind of ugly but oh well.

The accelero mono isnt that huge. It does an amazing job cooling though, super quiet as well.
