Asus C101 or variant. I had this until I lost it, awesome hardware and support for Android apps, which is v important https://www.amazon.com/Chromebook-C101PA-DB02-Quad-Core-Lightweight-Touchscreen/dp/B075KFFMZS

Also, give passing consideration to the Asus Flip C101:

10" screen so as big as the iPad. But you also get a decent keyboard and trackpad, and it functions as a tablet as well. Great for media consumption and mild productivity, such as emails and draft writing. Only drawback, its base model only has 16GB eMMC. It's barely enough. There is a 32GB model but that's a touch over your 300 budget.

Good point. Some may not have Intel I think, but just not sure if say this would even work: https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-Chromebook-C101PA-DB02-Lightweight-Touchscreen/dp/B075KFFMZS

Asus C101, $250 new / $212 warehouse deals: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075KFFMZS

None of the current 11" models in that price range impress me much, whereas the only fault with the Asus is the 16GB internal storage

ASUS Chromebook Flip C101PA

Type C charging, ARM, 8 hours battery, touchscreen, 10 inch, can flip in tablet mode. Runs Archlinux ARM pretty well.

The Asus C101PA has been good to me for the last year. It's the lightest Chromebook on the market with a usable keyboard (unless you count the Slate, which is heavier with the keyboard cover attached). I don't know about the S330's screen, but the C101PA's screen is plenty bright and the resolution is good enough for reddit and youtube. It's not super high DPI, but gets the job done.
