Here, abandon the RX 570 idea. I'd never usually recommend people to buy 1650s, but I guess it'll work best for you.

Now there are a few compromises...

  1. The 1650 will not be able to give you an excellent experience at 1440p, unless you play on lowest settings.
  2. The 1650 will not be able to push 1080p 60FPS at ultra settings in some more intense games, although high or medium settings should be smooth.
  3. If you plan to do more intense and detailed gaming in the future, you would need to build one from scratch as your pre-built system's CPU is a bit old.

    I recommended this GPU because...

  4. This may not require a new PSU as the GTX 1650 is not power hungry.
  5. This card should push 1080p 60FPS Maxed Settings on most eSport and competitive titles (like Fortnite and Overwatch)
  6. Destiney and Dark Souls should be very playable at High (Next to Max) settings.
  7. Most importantly, this isn't a very hot card and it only has one fan, allowing for better fit and thermals.
  8. This card is very budget friendly, even with higher prices in Dubai.

    Bottom Line: I didn't think it was necessary to make this machine a 1440p ready PC, due to possible bottlenecks from the CPU and problems with the form factor. Also, if your PSU is about 400W, then you don't need a better PSU.
