It does not require power from the power supply which is the sketchiest part of your computer. You could try the 1660ti version of that card, it's rated for 120 watts while I think you would get by fine, I would be careful.
Ram wise you can grab a 16gb kit, the motherboard is rated for 2400 speed so a kit like this would do fine.

( Honestly just go with whatever 16gb kit ( 2 sticks ) that you find cheapest from a reliable company.
Last thing I would check is make sure it's a SATA hard drive( it should be ), you'll have a sata power cable and a data cable attached to it. If it is consider swapping it out with a SSD of your choosing they're super cheap now a days. You'll likely have to jerry rig it in terms of mounting but honestly get some velcro or double sided tape and slap it somewhere safe.
There is a single-fan GTX 1660 in stock at Amazon.de for €201 (or USD $227). That's right in line with the US prices for a base model 1660.
