Surprisingly in the version of this mobo with the H370 Chipset, you can remove the cover, which in this case is made of plastic, leaving a single heatsink of lower height, making the Nocuta NHL12S a perfect fit. As you can see in this picture:

I suppose the OC is totally necessary, otherwise I would consider that mobo or another with a less eccentric and more practical desing. This is the motherboard:
