So odd. I think I'm still in a woosh, as I weighed 236.6 when I got home last night and 237.4 this morning. That's the number I'm sticking with until I see the lower number twice over a few days.

I found my perfect snack and my perfect side dish.

Perfect side dish is cauliflower "risotto". I put in a link of smoked sausage, sliced thin, a few tablespoons of bacon pieces, and then added cream after those were browned. I brought the cream to a simmer, then seasoned with salt and pepper, and threw in a cup of shredded cheese. I then whisked until smooth, and put in the thawed cauliflower rice. Mix well, and cover to heat.
