Just want to second u/jaynkier's advice here, which is spot on! Two prenatal workouts that I really like (that are intermediate level and have weight/dumbbell options) are: Leah Sarago's fit and sleek (https://www.amazon.com/Prenatal-Physique-Complete-Pregnancy-Training/dp/B00JJSDPBA) and Suzanne Bowen's BarreAmped sleek and toned (https://www.amazon.com/BarreAmped-Sleek-Toned-Prenatal-Workout/dp/B00SCJ56HI/)—this one is a bit light on core work, so I supp. with exercises like planks and side planks.
