I work in commercial furniture, and I deal with all manner of ergonomic products like sit-to-stand tables (electric, crank, pneumatic, spring-tensioned), keyboard arms/platforms, monitor arms, ergonomic chairs, lamps, etc.

What I would recommend for you, if you have the space for it, would not be to put an adjustable base under your desk, but to have a separate fixed, but standing-height tale in another place. The reason I recommend this is that drawing is probably best done in a space with better overhead lighting, and a more open space than the (likely) crowded space of your computer desk. If you have the space, get a ~42" high table as a separate work surface from your desk. There are even height-adjustable legs that could give you some adjustability around that 42"H, which is considered "bar height." There is also 36", which is considered "counter height." My recommendation would be to measure your kitchen counters. If that height works for you, then great...if not, put sheet pans or boards on top of phone books of shoe boxes until you get to the height that feels best. Then get that. You can also get something like this, and put it under a standard table to lift it to the height you'd want: https://www.amazon.com/Bedtime-Sleeper-Risers-Furniture-Heights/dp/B01C3RRDPW/ref=pd_lpo_201_tr_t_2?ie=UTF8&refRID=FJB3MWKZS4JQ1GPT48J2

The other reasons I would say to stay away from a height-adjustable table:

  • You say you want to draw at this height. Adjustable-height tables get bouncier/wobblier the higher up you go, unless you are spending at least $8-900. That Ikea one will "rack" side-to-side (I won't even go into the quality issues I saw when one of my clients asked me to check them out so that they could save money over the commercial-grade ones they were buying) very badly. Less of an issue when you are typing (although some get headaches from their bouncing computer monitor, especially if it's on a arm), but probably more of an issue when you are trying to draw, I'd imagine.

  • Cable management. If you have a desktop, you'll likely need to put that either on top of your desktop, or hanging underneath...which then might cause issue with printers or scanners that might be plugged into it on fixed tables. Then you'll need to have enough power and data cabling slack so that you will be able to reach you wall plugs without pulling anything tight...and then also buy under-desk cable managers so that you don't get your feet tangled up in the slack when the desk is down.

  • They aren't cheap.
