So one of the current medical guesses is that nausea is linked to vitamin B deficiency. B6 is important, B12 is important, and folic acid is actually a B vitamin too. But there's a tricky thing about B vitamins.
For 70% of people, folic acid = perfectly good folate. But you might be one of those 30% who needs a different type of folate โ methylfolate instead of folic acid. (Methylfolate is just a higher-quality form of folic acid. The better form of B12 is methylcobalamin, and for B6 it's P5P.)
