I got my mom the Breville and she loves it. It has a large capacity and is dishwasher safe but I'm not sure if it's worth the premium over the others. Prior to the Breville she had a Nespresso which lasted for at least four years of daily use.
The way I see it, either get a cheap, non-chinese frother like the Bodum or spring for the really nice stuff if you need the extra space/features. Otherwise I feel like you're just paying a premium for no real benefit.
I got this Bodum one at Target. It's been excellent. It seems like it could have literally come off the same line as the aeroccino but costs 70% less.
