I have a delicate flower myself and the only thing that helps with my PH issue is inserting a boricap at night.

I agree with the boric acid suppository advice. I used these to get rid of a persistent yeast infection that wouldn't go away even with prescriptions. Insert one capsule twice daily in order to get rid of a current infection. I now just use one capsule for a day or two as a preventative measure towards the end of my period.

Studies also show that probiotics taken orally have minimal effect to correct flora imbalances vaginally. There are multiple studies that show probiotics placed directly into the vagina ARE an effective method to fix flora imbalances.

I recommend daily boric acid v-suppository every morning and probiotic v-suppository every evening (you can open the capsule, mix the probiotic powder with a safe substance such as water based lubricant, you can just a 5ml oral syringe to place the probiotic mixture inside yourself). I recommend doing this for 7 days initially, then for 2-3 days every month following your menstrual cycle (the time in which pH and flora imbalances are most prevalent).
