The Spanish and Italian amazon pages have it listed already. The Spanish page says the release date is

I should explain why, huh?
Active noise cancelling is my preferred option, because I feel like passive noise cancellation is only effective when I'm playing music.
With these, I can just put them in and "turn on the silence" without the distraction of a song.

I honestly would suggest you get QC30 from bose, albeit it is about $100 over your budget. I'll just let you read this for their value pick if you really don't think bose can work for you budget wise. The best noise cancelling headphones are the Bose noise cancelling earbuds. They also make them in wireless (with a weird collar.) Wired are $250 and wireless are $300... They NEVER go on sale. However, when you're on the plane it's like sitting in your quiet bedroom. SOOOO GOOD.

Can't remember what I have at home for my desktop off the top of my head, but for the laptop I'm just using my Bose QuietControl 30's. easier than trying to lug a bunch of equipment around with me.

There are dongles out there that support charging and listen at the same time. If they will work with the 6T remains to be seen though.

Bose makes the best ANC devices. Personally I like headphones more and there is the wireless QC35s. However if you like the buds Bose also makes the wireless QC 30s. Both are expensive however as they are Bose.

The active noise cancelling is positively eerie. The sound is great. The battery life is great -- I'll stop riding long before they'll stop working. They're not cheap but man are they great.
