Well yes, your so called "prototype" looks like you just took an existing cooler and attached all extras mentioned to it .

What exactly do you mean by that? Because 35k will get you nowhere if you would like to produce the cooler, but that does not matter, because what you do is just buying all parts that exist already and slam them together.
What production method did you use to produce, what you say is your prototype?
