First off you are one beautiful lady!!! Heavy or thin but I'm sure you feel and show it more now that your thinner. Next this is just a suggestion because I'm no doctor but I don't believe in trying or taking prescribed meds for anything. I mean if I can find anything that will help in the way of supplements or vitamins I will take those instead. My daughter suffers from anxiety also and I discovered this vitamin that has lessened her attacks a lot.She only takes only 1/2 the recommended dosage 1 teaspoon of Inositol along with 1/4 teaspoon of Choline DL- Bitartrate. Read up on these two things they may help you as well.
