I have not found a bad one yet, but I did a fair bit of research on the matter before buying them.


For S-Video/Composite I picked up a couple of these.

For Component I picked up two of these mostly due to optical audio support, but later stopped using optical since I didn't have any PS2/Xbox games that really benefited from it. Made cable management a bit easier too.

I don't have peraonal experience with any of these but I have heard pretty good things about the monoprice one. How many inputs do you need? The guys at My Life in Gaming use component switchers by Impact and they know what they are talking about. If you can do with three inputs you might want to try this one.
