I thought I was going to get an AC4TV, but I changed my mind. Even though it has a power attenuator, which I like, the gain is basically tied to the volume instead being a separate knob, which means the sound gets dirty pretty quickly. If I do buy an AC4, it'll be the one with the separate gain knob, and I'll get a mini-attenuator thing like this: http://www.amazon.com/Carls-Custom-Guitars-Metal-Volume/dp/B004ZHHIVI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=undefined&sr=8-1&keywords=carls+custom+volume

Right now I use the Vox Mini3G2, which is a solid state modeling amp. It has a plain line input for pedals, which I like.

If I had your amp, I'd look at an attenuator.

A solid state amp like the ZT seems like a downgrade. I wouldn't spend that kind of money on small solid state amp, no matter how much wattage it has (which is useless to me anyway).

I'm not sure about the pricing, I got the bugera head on eBay "like new" for $240. Warranty is a good idea because some of these amps have been known to have issues. Still the tone is pretty good for the price. About the pedals I'll post pictures tomorrow on my Instagram I'll send you a link when I do. I run my bugera head through a 4X12 behringer cab with celestion v30 speakers, and I can't get past 2 on volume without getting way too loud for being in a bedroom. This is the volume box I spoke about earlier
