Oh hey wow I totally forgot to follow-up. It's actually a different model, a shinco YPL3-10C. Here's the Amazon link with more info, it's in really good shape if you want it for $100 that'd be no problem.

Same number of BTUs as the posted one, same shape, quiet AC. My ceilings are just too high (like 14ft) so it has trouble keeping up lol.
