scrath this link, thats actually hdmi 1.4 so same issue sorry


well you can "try" something like this might work, or might just be 8$ down the drain, it would be best if you could,

  1. test dp even works on your hack

    2)test resolutions above 1080p@60hz

    but its worth a shot
