Hi Mate, I believe the cherry variety used is many of the studies is Montmorency. I’ve been drinking
Cherry Bay Orchards Montmorency Cherry Juice Concentrate for about a month (coinciding with a toe flare up). Comes out like a thick syrup, so it seems to be very concentrated. Decent price on Amazon with next day Prime available —> here.
I have no idea if it works. I’m getting blood work in a few weeks and am curious to see if my UA levels go down.
