Well, they sold the Soarer in Canada from Dealerships. So you should be able to just go to a dealership and buy a Badge.

Also Toyota IS Lexus. The Lexus Brand is just what Toyota calls their Luxury cars in the US. Same thing with Ford/Lincoln, Honda/Acura, Chevy/GMC, etc.

So while the Lexus badge might be a different size the mounting points will be the same since it started out with a Toyota badge.

But trying to find the front proved difficult. I managed to get a lot of hits for the Griffon Logo, but finding the Oval Logo was almost impossible. I would try the dealer to be honest with you. If they have it's probably overpriced, but at least you would have it.
