I never said it was exclusive to Asians, although my experience seeing it is on natural south asian hair (or hair that is dyed with a product like [this] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001E95F4W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_er73BbZQ70M45). Note the "blue" reflect. I probably shouldn't have said that Asians typically have those blue reflects, though.
