To be honest, it sounds like he won't even wear it out often. Seems like the type of dude to wear the same shit every day and only bust out the good stuff for "special occasions". I feel like if you were to get him something, he wouldn't even wear it to school and would only wear it when visiting friends/families or holidays. But with that said, I'd get him a legit piece and not a rep. Just get him something for 50-100 bucks. Try and snag something on sale, like a polo. Or maybe get him some nice comfy shoes since he's a teacher and is on his feet a lot. I bet you he would wear the fuck out of some nice comfy shoes. Do your research on em and see which shoe would fit his style more. I actually had some really nice clarks that I used to wear and I'm on my feet 8 hours a day. I'll update this with the model #. But do your own research too.
Edit: CLARKS Men's Newmann Oxford was the ones I had, but I think these would be nice too.
