Coherence is right up your alley for this, one of the best mind-fuck movies in a while, It's on Prime if you've got that,

The Endless is another good newer one, it's on Netflix currently.
The Wailing - This is a great Korean horror film that definitely fits the bill and will keep you guessing til the end.
Picnic at Hanging Rock (the 1975 version). This movie isn't straight up horror focused, it's a slow burn and it's more of an uneasy feeling and something just "wrong." It might not be your bag if you want something more straight forward horror focused or intense, but if you like more atmospheric/slow burn movies you might like it.
Also second the recommendations for Jacob's Ladder, that's a great one.
