Just going by the individual fans for sale, you're essentially getting a fan controller kit for $5.
only negative thing I can see online is that its a little loud because it prioritizes airflow. This is the 120mm version for the same price and is the "balanced" version so it isnt very loud while sacrificing airflow.

The case itself comes with a splitter for the two preinstalled rgb fans plus led panel on top, which connects all three things to one male connector. This plus the 3 rgb fans from the kit will take up all 4 connector slots on the RGB controller.
I believe the case can also support 140mm fans on the top and front panels.
This case supports full sized PSUs. I recycled my Corsair PSU from my old build and it fit perfectly.
Radiator space is a little tight, especially when using the Corsair H80i v2, but I managed to fit it sideways behind the front panel. The fans are interesting on this case: the front and top fans are outside of the metal frame and inside the acrylic panel, so you can mount the radiator right on the case frame on the other side of one of those fans. I also had enough space to attach a secondary fan on the inside of the case, with amble room between the fan and the motherboard
