Yup, sure can! Coolibar UPF 50+ driving gloves in white, extra small is exactly what I bought. UPF 50 means 49/50, 98%, of UV rays are blocked. We don't know exactly what spectrum of light wavelengths the fabrics blocks and transmits, but going off of UV extinction data I found on UV filters and UV transmission data I've read about the most UV protective window film researched, we consistently find issues with UVA 1 (340 nm - 400 nm) UV protection. By far, UVA 1 is the most difficult of the UV spectrum to protect adequately against so it wouldn't surprise me at all if the 2% of UV rays that transmit through UPF 50+ fabric is entirely in the UVA part of the spectrum. And we know that UVA rays are the ones that cause aging. So don't think sun protective fabrics provide bulletproof protection! But they're a great option for protecting our hands, especially when it's so impractical to use sunscreen for them due to periodic hand washing.
