Yes that would be a very, very, very bad idea... There's a reason you've never heard of CiT before, but probably have heard of Corsair :P That's a very low quality unit, that could easily fry a component or two, and is probably more like a 400W unit.
If you want to spend a little less, this should power your system just fine: Corsair CX 500W, but that's the minimum I'd spend on the power supply. Stick to brands like Corsair/XFX/Seasonic/Antec that are tried, tested and reputable.
Since my previous suggestion for a graphics card is now out of stock (it was a very good price for a GTX 660), this is a more than suitable alternative: Asus 650 Ti Boost.

then get this power supply which isn't listed on pcpartpicker.
Hi there, Is this Dragnoski from this thread ( http://www.reddit.com/r/dayz/comments/1i6wi2/upgrading_for_better_fps/ )?
As I mentioned in that thread, the board you have is actually pretty versatile in terms of what CPU it will support (here is the full list http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/cpu-support-popup.aspx?pid=3833 ) .
Therefore, without changing motherboard you could install one of the compatible AMD Bulldozer FX-4000, FX-6000 or FX-8000 series CPUs (quad core, hex core and octo core, respectively).
The newer AMD Piledriver FX-8300 (95W CPU) is also compatible with your board.
Alternatively, the AMD Phenom II X4 and X6 CPUs will work on your board - they are a bit older than the Bulldozer and Piledriver chips, but they are still rather powerful and can be had for less money.
In your post you mention the i7 3820, i5 3570K and GTX 760. Unfortunately all of these parts cost over £200 each (well the i5 3570K costs ~£180) and these Intel CPUs will need new motherboards which add further costs.
There has been some suggestions to focus on the CPU and get a new Intel/AMD CPU and a new motherboard and ignore the graphics card. While I do agree that ARMA/DayZ is CPU-heavy, however your existing HD 6450 graphics card is frankly terrible for gaming and make DayZ basically unplayable - no matter how good your CPU is (the HD 6450 is a really just a HTPC card). Therefore, I wouldn't suggest doing an upgrade which spends all your money upgrading the CPU without improving the graphics card.
Therefore, considering your modest budget I would suggest doing a substantial CPU upgrade which doesn't break the bank - by upgrading to a better AMD CPU that works with your board (possibly buying second-hand from a reputable seller to reduce costs) and a decent graphics card on the level of an AMD HD 7790 or Nvidia GTX 650 Ti (this one is a really good deal http://www.amazon.co.uk/GeForce-Graphics-Dual-link-Express-Technology/dp/B009M4MAIK/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1373839486&sr=8-2&keywords=gtx+650+asus ).
Also, depending on the make and model number of your existing Power Supply Unit (PSU) - you may need a new one to power the substatially more powerful graphics card (something like this Corsair CX 500W Bronze is a sensible choice http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-Builder-Series-Bronze-Supply/dp/B009RMP2VE/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1373839583&sr=1-1&keywords=cx+500 ).
The old CX (green-label) options were not terrible, but got a really bad rep due to the combination of their popularity and higher than average RMA rate (thus, a lot of people complaining about them).
The new CXM (grey-label) options are solid, though. Much better than anything else you've mentioned and highly recommended for a budget unit. Get this one!
That should be good. I have no experience with XFX but it has adequate wattage. This is on sale, more wattage, and it should be sufficient for you:

Its £65 in the UK, here:

Cool, thanks! So at the minute this is my cart:

First decide on your other parts, then input them into this site: http://powersupplycalculator.net/ to find the minimum wattage of your power supply. Personally, i'd recommend a 500-watt power supply. However, its CRUCIAL not to buy a cheap power supply, as if this fails it can take all your other parts with it. The one that I use is https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CP-9020047-UK-Builder-Bronze-Supply/dp/B009RMP2VE
Although this all depends on what the pc is for, I'm presuming with the parts you picked it is for gaming or something.
Wrote all this out for a friend and thought i would share. Seemed a shame to waste all that formatting.
MOBO: Asus M5A97 £69.49
CPU: AMD FX 6300 £86.95 (6-cores)
GPU: HD Radeon 7870 £140(This is a v good price for the card)
PSU: Corsair VX550 £45.70 (Never go cheap on PSU)
RAM: G-skill Ripjaw 2x4GB £55.98
Total: £398.09
You could buy a single 4Gb DIMM for cheaper to save money and buy another later.
I'm assuming you have a case you can use, any old thing is fine (and much cheaper).
Alternatively to save some money on the delivery costs you could buy this lot from Scan.co.uk:
4GB Corsair DDR3 Vengeance Jet Blac 1 £35.28
Asus M5A97 R2.0, AMD 970, S AM3+, D 1 £69.56
2GB MSI Radeon HD 7870 Overclocked, 1 £150.94
AMD FX 6300 Black Edition, Vishera, 1 £88.36
650W Aerocool Templarius Imperator 1 £46.38
----------------------------------------------------------
Net Total £322.79
Carriage £9.15
Scansure £12.19
Total £413.69
This includes an overclocked GPU and Single 4gb DIMM (Ram stick). It also has insurance for £10 that replaces any parts you may damage on building. The graphics card comes with AMD Silver reward, 2 free games from this list.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B009RMP2VE/?tag=pcp0f-21 (just realized links a bitch)
don't skimp on a power supply, the cheap ones tend to go POP (I learned the hard way!)
Any standard ATX power supply would fit your case.
This one seems reasonable, free delivery with Amazon.

How is that for a cheaper PSU, gets it down to £609, i'm not too sure what some good PSU's are to be honest, so i was going for something i knew worked well.
Probably not, unfortunately. However, PSUs are much cheaper than graphics cards. A decent budget psu is something like this and is only £43.
If around £150 is your top budget, you'd be better off getting a slightly cheaper graphics cards and a new Power supply, rather than getting a graphics card and trying to run it on an underpowered psu, which could lead to damaging your computer possibly to the point of no return.
The 2 molex will come direct from the PSU, check you have these spare before you order the adapter. Can you get a picture of the label on the PSU for us to look at, or just let us know the make and model that should be shown on the label?
I wouldn't want you to end up using a cheap PSU that could potentially damage components in the future, some can be rated at 550w, but not provide that continuously.
Cheaper credible PSUs exist to the EVGA I mentioned, a 500w corsair is only £42.99.
I just wouldn't want you to end up loosing a £200 GPU and other components, due to a cheap PSU installed in a pre-built PC. Quite often the PSU installed is bare minimum to get the original components working and might not support improvements.
It’s this one, any feedback on it? https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CP-9020047-UK-Builder-Bronze-Supply/dp/B009RMP2VE/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1524766879&sr=8-2&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=bronze+corsair+psu&dpPl=1&dpID=51ygem1lIkL&ref=plSrch
Thank you so much for your help! I'll get that Corsair 450W PSU instead ;)
EDIT: Would this actually be better?
Would this work ok? https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CP-9020047-UK-Builder-Bronze-Supply/dp/B009RMP2VE/ref=sr_1_7?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1484247752&sr=1-7&keywords=psu
