Hey everyone, I´m new to this subreddit but I know people here is nice, so a little back story, I've had the CM Devastator II combo since i built my PC (3 years ago), now I think it's time for an upgrade, i was looking for an affordable RGB mechanical keyboard but I'm a bit short on cash atm.

I really love the idea of visible switches, i would like a simple and minimalistic design and i don't really care if the lights are software or keyboard controlled.

I have a few options in mind:

The thing is I don't have the money yet, I'd have to save for like 2-3 weeks, and my questions are:
Is it worth it to save for one of them? Is there something as good for less money? Do you have a better option for the seam price range? Also I will buy a mouse later i would like to know i these can RGB sync

Pd. I've been considering the CM MasterSet MS121 that has a mouse included and it's cheap but it is mem-chanical, is it good? or worth it?
A full keyboard (with number pad) is what I'm looking for primarily. That being said, if an exceptional alternative was available that did not have the number pad, I would consider it. It cannot exceed 18.5" wide because it must fit on a keyboard tray with room for the mouse.
I want uniform, single color illumination. Like how the Logitech k800 has. If a keyboard only has rainbow backlit keys, then it's out.

If I go with Logitech, which is my top choice right now, I'm going to get A logitech mouse too, so I can free up a USB port on the PC.
There is a Corsair k68 that seemed like a possibility:

It's bigger cousin k55 seemed good too but I don't know much about the switches (cherry MX red/blue/brown/silent red??) , but had programmable keys on the left side that are unnecessary and add to width.
Logitech k810 (no number pad) also looked good but it appears to be discontinued and is not in stock on the Logitech website.
I'd like to spend less than $150 if possible (which is why I was asking about the cheaper keyboards) but I'm willing to spend more to be completely happy with it. That's why the Logitech w/mouse is #1 right now.
Been in love with this keyboard after switching from Xbox to pc.

The Corsair K68 looks pretty nice and is on sale right now. If you can't get it while it's on sale there's a version that only has red LEDs for around the same price.
I don't know a lot about mechanical keyboards though, most people here I think would just recommend a Ducky
If those are a bit too expensive and you don't wanna spend much, I'd look into budget RGB boards
Redragon maybe? I personally own a lot of boards and my K552 is my go to.
Here's the RGB model: https://www.amazon.com/Redragon-K552-RGB-Mechanical-Keyboard-Construction/dp/B019O9BLVY/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=redragon+rgb&qid=1566443725&s=gateway&sr=8-3
You're not going to find a board that's not Corsair/Razer that's compatible with their software as the software is chip specific from the manufacturer.
My only tip though is simply not to tie yourself down to a certain brand unless you're going for a certain style, look, feel, etc...
If you're looking for these brands other options would be.

Hope I've been of some help, best of luck.
RGB is going to cost you more no matter what. Since you're on a budget, it would be worth looking at some quality options that don't have RGB driving up the price. With that being said, here is a keyboard on sale for cheaper than the one you listed that will be much better quality. Do some more research on some better mice and keyboards from brands you've heard of. Try searching for things and filtering the prices from low to high. That should give you a good start.
The Corsair K65 LUX has RGB, the tkl design (aka doesn’t have a numpad), has volume and media controls, and USB passthrough. I can’t tell you much about it since I’ve never used it myself, but on Amazon it avg. about 4 stars. It’s going for about $120 on amazon. It also has Red switches, so you won’t get the click clack but you’ll get a linear, “fast” feeling If that’s within your budget, I think it should work for you since it seems to meet all of your requirements.
