Six month empties check in! The link to my spreadsheet where I maintain my collection is above. The first three sections are empty/ gone from the collection, and are labeled as such. Below the "COLLECTION" banner, is my entire makeup collection, including the products that have been emptied or destashed.

Some things to note before we dive in:

I failed to keep some items, so there are a couple of gaps from the spreadsheet to the photos. Specifically, the Smashbox eye primer, I failed to keep, so for the purpose of the photos, used my full bottle.
A couple of dates might look odd-- specifically, finishing two highlighters within a day of each other. I was using them both simultaneously, topping Opal with Pearl. If any other dates look odd, this is usually the case. I’ve only recently begun trying to use a product from start to finish, compared to flitting between products as I felt like doing so.

There's nothing gross about what we refine in our appearances! But that is exactly where I started when I had my "enough is enough" moment. This blog post really helped me get a rein on it, and 6 months later my skin is virtually flawless so it works!

As for products, since there are a lot and it seems like a bit much upfront. I recommend

Cleanser 2-Step (Oil to lift makeup and debris, foam to completely clean face)

   If you would like, a toner can be added in place of the exfoliator on days that you do not exfoliate.

   (Optional: if you look around, you can find products called "serums" and "essences" to Target specific problem areas. They are typically pretty expensive as they are highly concentrated)
   
   
4. Mask (lock-in moisture and allow serums/essence to penetrate)

   And that's about it. You also generally want to do them in that order. It sounds like a lot, but all that will run you perhaps $50 for a 2 month or so supply, depending on your use.
   
   
   I can certainly attest to how powerful a combination they are though, I almost shudder to think of wearing makeup most days now. My skin feels so clear for the first time in my life that I realize it's unnecessary, and anyone can have that with a little effort!

For me, this makes the newly appearing pimple/bump go down almost immediately. If it's at night, I put a big blob of the tea tree cream on top of the A-sol and the blemish is usually pretty much gone in the morning.

If you want some relief until you can get to a dermatologist, this stuff works wonders. It's completely changed my face. My roommate is now hooked on it too (she has more severe acne with scarring). You just pat it on your face/skin like aftershave, after you wash your face.
