What type of photography are you planning on doing? Some reflectors would be nice if your planning on doing outdoor portraiture. A good polarizing filter and some nice ND filters if your doing landscape (your promaster will work fine, but if you do a lot you may find the CA it causes gets old fast). A cheap manual flash is always nice to have in a pinch. It really all depends on the shooter and situation, there are literally a million accessories for a million different situations all of which could be great to have. So yeah, go shoot. Your already miles ahead of what most new shooters have, so don't overthink it and you'll be fine with what you have for awhile.

That said, the three basic accessories you don't have and that I'd strongly recommend are a grey card for accurate white balance (this can potentially save you LOADS of time in post). A cheap one is fine, but something like this http://www.amazon.com/CowboyStudio-Triangular-Collapsible-Balanced-Reflector/dp/B001TC4UIG is handy as well. A rocket blower, soft cloth and some lens cleaner to keep your gear function. And hoods for all your lenses, or at least the ones you'll be using in more difficult situations. I'm of the camp that UV filters don't really protect your lenses that much (let me protect my piece of glass with a flimsier piece of glass) and a hood works much better. Plus if your shooting outside trying to block flare with a hat or your hand is a pain in the ass. It works in a pinch, but it's a pain.

One thing that's not an accessory per se is editing software. You mentioned you have PS CS4. That will work spectaculary, but if you shoot a lot it will be a slow solution. Strongly consider buying LR, or subscribing to CC. Or find another editor/organizer that works.

Anyways you seem to have a nice setup. You'll be able to make some awesome images with that alone. Go have some fun and enjoy this awesome hobby!
