I love the workout clothing at Target and Old Navy and I refuse to pay more than $20 for something so I can usually buy something off the clearance rack. There's a New Balance Factory Store in Brighton where you might find some good deals. I use dressmyrun.com as a guide for how to dress but usually the rule of thumb is dress as if it's 10 degrees warmer, when you go out you should feel a little cold. You'll quickly warm up once you get moving. I usually wear shorts and a technical short sleeve t shirt if it's 55 degrees or above, long sleeve t shirt and capris if it's 40-55, this morning it was 37 degrees when I went out so I wore capris, long sleeve t shirt, a light jacket and light gloves.
