I would just dunk and swish in soapy water and then rinse thoroughly. However for the tube there are brewery supplies that are made for cleaning lines and hoses, both from a sanitation perspective (iodine, bleach), and from a particle/organic material cleaning sense (Straight-A for example) if you have gunk or mold. also a tiny brush on a wire (example)
