I'm a 270 lb powerlifter who eats a TON of protein and loves eggs. I have never carried one in my pocket though. I did buy one of THESE in my office, freakin great device, I put in ten eggs when I get to work, cook them, put them in cold water and I have about 70g of protein for snacks. I usually eat five before my lunchtime lifting and five more around 4 pm, get some Dave's Insanity and salt mixed with them, wrap them in a lettuce leaves, they're much better tasting than the cans of tuna I used to consume and go great with a 1/2 gallon of milk.

Lol Jesus, calm your tits.

I have the one you linked and it has never leaked, ever. As for the uniformity, I have zero complaints. Something tells me you're never gonna be satisfied with any suggestion so below is a 10 egg cooker (which I also suggested) that my girlfriend has that works flawlessly.

If you love eggs like I do, consider an egg cooker. As a chef I don't normally like extemporaneous small appliances but I was given the one below as a gift and I've never looked back. The biggest advantage is that the shells NEVER stick. Old eggs, fresh eggs, farm eggs, they just slide right off. Mine also has a egg poacher tray, but I don't even use that. There are less expensive 'egg cookers' also but this is the one I have experience with.

I got this. It's frigging amazing. It's so much easier to prep eggs. I wish I had one twenty years ago.

Chill in cold water for 2-3 minutes after they're done, but before they get cold, and they peel super easy.

I would have to go check to see if mine actually turns off. I have this and it cooks a perfect egg.

I am not sure if this has been said yet, but I just stumbled upon this egg cooker. It is priced very well and makes cooking hardboiled eggs a breeze! They cook in about ten minutes, cooked to perfection, easier to peel, and no boiling pot on the stove!

I pan cook them, but I do a bunch of other stuff in the kitchen while they cook - make lunches, unload the dishwasher, prep the coffee pot.

I do have one microwavable thing similar to this and it works well for poached eggs, and I mostly use it at work.

And because I searched, I found this and I WANT ONE.
