Cuisinart CSO-300N. Build quality is a bit chintzy for a $260 object (got it on sale for $160,) but it works remarkably well.
Cold roast beef procedure is to take a ~3lb rump roast, trim as much fat as possible, season (and preferably allow to sit overnight,) and steam-broil at ~300F for about ten minutes followed by steaming at 175F until the center hits 130 - about an hour. It's pretty similar to how it's produced commercially.
You get about 1/4" of well-done beef with perfect even rare all the way through. If you're on a diet, it's fantastic.
