Reddit mentions of Cuisinart Retro Slotted Spoon, Ivory

Since the invention of non-stick cooking surfaces, there hasn't been a decent replacement for traditional metal kitchen utensils. I still prefer getting metal spatulas when they're available and take extra care not to scratch the pans. But if there were some well-desinged metal + silicone line of utensils I'd go for them, but the have to be easy to clean i.e. no seams between materials and long-lasting, meaning that the silicone won't come off the metal part after years of use.

For reference, I really liked Cuisinart's "retro" utensils, but at least the whisk is on the flimsy side and in general the handles are too heavy to, say, rest a spoon in a small-ish pot -> it falls off.
