I'm saving for [this] (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01L0JGRSI/ref=dp_ob_neva_mobile?th=1&psc=1) not a potato but not the best, hope to have it soon
No these still don't have a graphics card and are using integrated graphics
Something along the lines of this would run it at medium 60 FPS since your budget seems to be 500

You could always build your own computer, there are guides all over the internet for it
Thank you for your help, one more thing. Do you think this would be a good buy? https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01L0JGRSI/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1478274521&sr=8-1
The comments and the rating seem pretty positive but again being a console player i don't understand much of the specs.
Will this tower fit that mobo? https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01L0JGRSI/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
And completely off-topic but I don't want to make a new thread for this, but Amazon is selling THIS for $500, comes with fx-4300 and r7 250, how much would this build cost if I made it on my own?
Having a hard time finding a refurb prebuilt with an ATX case. I wonder if something like this would work? It's got better specs and a lower end GPU that's better than integrated graphics at least, probably enough for what they need I would think. I know some CyberPowerPCs get a bad rep but I actually really like mine after upgrading a couple of the components.

Edit: it doesn't say on the page but I'm 99% sure it's an EVGA 400w
This CYBERPOWERPC Gamer Ultra GUA3120A desktop would do the job for you very well.
